Okay, I might be in the minority here, but I love Zelda/Groose.
Don't get me wrong. I don't hate Zelda/Link, but it's just so vanilla. It's so overrated (and he doesn't even end up with her in some of the key games. *cough*Ocarina of Time*cough*)
And Groose is one of the best LoZ characters ever conceived. Yes, I said it. Deal with it kids.
His love for Zelda is so sweet and he's such a bumbling, lovable oaf!
So in my headcanon, Zelda ends up with Groose. (Link can have Peatrice, since she adores him.)
